Please Note: This information and form is specifically designed for current clients. If you wish to apply for representation please do so by clicking here.
Audition Availability
Accurate availability is essential when we submit clients for professional work. Before confirming your submission preferences, please consider the types of roles, locations, contract lengths and working conditions you would genuinely accept. You may decline an opportunity before submission or raise any concerns with the agency. Once an audition has been confirmed, however, clients are expected to attend unless illness, an emergency or another reasonable circumstance prevents them from doing so. Declining an unsuitable opportunity will not, by itself, affect your representation. Repeatedly accepting submissions and subsequently withdrawing without reasonable cause may lead to a review of your submission preferences or representation.
New Submission Preference Form
To support this, we have introduced a new system that allows you to be more specific about the types of roles you would like to be submitted for. You may update your preferences at any time, however you must notify Daniel once any changes have been made, as the form is stored within our system but is not automatically sent elsewhere.
Submission Approach
Our role as an agency is to submit you for opportunities where you are likely to be considered, whilst occasionally stretching the boundary towards roles that may be achievable in the near future. The aim is to build experience, strengthen your CV, and gradually open doors to larger opportunities. Submitting for roles where there is no realistic chance of being called in can damage the agency’s professional reputation and may negatively affect other clients.
Once your form has been completed, we will review your selections and may offer additional recommendations. Going forward, we will not submit you for roles you have not selected, in order to minimise the likelihood of auditions being declined. Please remember you can also use the ‘nudge’ feature on Spotlight if there are particular projects you would like us to review for submission.
Flexible Employment
If your current employment significantly restricts your ability to attend auditions, this may present a longer-term challenge. It may be worth considering whether a more flexible arrangement would better support your professional goals.
Living Arrangements
Many roles do not include accommodation. However, the professional benefits can often outweigh the temporary challenge of finding suitable housing. If your current living arrangements would prevent you from accepting such opportunities, please do not select these options until you are in a more flexible position.
Showreels
If you would like support with updating your showreel, please do let us know. Our time is limited, but we always make availability where possible, even if this means scheduling a session a few weeks in advance. If you are seeking screen work, it is important that you have a suitable acting reel.
